Each consignment is engineered for rough transit: rigid honeycomb boards, high-density foam, edge guards, and corner blocks surround vulnerable parts; wide panels are band-strapped and clearly arrow-marked “This Side Up.” Standard parcels move through major small-package networks; oversized or heavier pieces ride with specialist furniture freight lines. At checkout, Tyragap shows the full landed total, realistic timelines by destination, and the handling method selected for your items.
Tyragap also fulfills compact home accessories (e.g., lamps, textiles, organizers) as a secondary line. These items travel in protective mailers or small cartons and typically advance faster through parcel networks. For mixed carts (furniture + accessories), shipments may depart from different facilities or on staggered schedules at no extra charge.
Where Tyragap ships
United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Tyragap cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (for example: Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying island regions in Europe and Australia). A street-level residential or commercial address is required so bulky solid-wood pieces can be handled safely.
If the destination is outside the countries above, has restricted vehicle access, or involves challenging stairs/elevators, contact Tyragap before ordering so available services and any add-on options can be confirmed.
Carriers & service levels
Depending on destination, parcel dimensions/weight, and network capacity, Tyragap uses UPS, FedEx, USPS (occasionally for lightweight U.S. parcels), and DHL Express on international lanes serving the UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA.
Large or heavy furniture (for example, solid-wood tables) may ship by LTL freight with a liftgate for curbside delivery (curb/driveway—no in-home placement). Freight partners typically call or text to set a delivery window. Orders may be palletized and shrink-wrapped for integrity and ease of handling.
Select high-value consignments may require an adult signature in the U.S., UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA. When a signature is required, Tyragap’s tracking email will state this clearly.
Home accessories & small goods move through parcel networks with full tracking. A signature is not required unless chosen at checkout or added by Tyragap for security.
Processing time vs. shipping time
Processing time = finishing checks, packing, and labeling before the carrier picks up.
Shipping time = the in-transit window after the carrier collects the order.
Business days are Monday–Friday; U.S. public holidays are excluded. International movements to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA may require extra time for customs and security screening. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network backlogs can add 1–3 business days. Address changes after dispatch may incur a re-route fee and delay delivery.
Accessories note: Orders containing only accessories often clear processing rapidly and may arrive sooner than the baseline windows below, subject to destination and network capacity.

The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge remitted to Tyragap. The approach is simple: flat rates with clear free-shipping thresholds.

Furniture specifics: Solid-wood furniture is bulky and weighty. Carriers often apply dimensional weight (size as well as mass); larger tables commonly require LTL freight with liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-piece orders may ship in multiple boxes to reduce handling risk—split shipments do not add cost. Where beneficial, cartons are banded onto a single pallet to protect edges and corners. Tyragap subsidizes a portion of freight so reinforced packing, careful handling, and the all-in total are reflected transparently at checkout.
Home accessories & small goods: Accessory-only parcels (usually ≤2 kg) use discounted parcel services. When the cart qualifies, a lower accessory rate may appear at checkout and override the regional flat rate above. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise total unless a promotional offer is shown at checkout.
Taxes & duties (international orders)
For international orders to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, and Canada, Tyragap ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—import taxes, VAT/GST, and customs processing are included in the checkout total. The carrier should not request payment on delivery. If someone attempts to collect duties or taxes at the door, do not pay—contact Tyragap immediately so the matter can be resolved with the carrier.
Processing & dispatch
Most orders advance to final checks and packing within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. public holidays excluded). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically begin processing the same business day; later orders start on the next business day.
Pre-order or made-to-order furniture ships after completion—Tyragap’s order confirmation will show an estimated ship-by date. If items in the cart have different lead times, Tyragap may ship ready items first or hold to ship together—your confirmation will specify which method applies. Accessories in a mixed cart may dispatch first if available.

Furniture delivery, access & assembly
To protect heavy components and simplify handling, many furniture items ship partially disassembled. Each furniture order includes a step-by-step, image-rich guide; most include a basic tool (e.g., Allen key). Typical setup time: 20–30 minutes for two adults. Please confirm all parts before assembly and work on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.
If the building has stairs, narrow corridors, limited elevator access, gated entries, or truck restrictions, notify Tyragap before shipment so options can be proposed. If room-of-choice placement, stair carries, debris removal, or a precise appointment time is needed, Tyragap can quote available upgrades (third-party services billed separately).
Missed freight appointments, refusal of liftgate service, address corrections after dispatch, or re-delivery requests may incur carrier fees charged at cost.
(Accessory orders do not require assembly and are delivered to the door via parcel carriers.)
Tracking your order
Once a consignment departs the workshop & staging area at 30 Elizabeth Dr, Bella Vista, AR 72715, Tyragap emails a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a direct link.
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to display movement—especially on international lanes while customs scans are pending. Freight tracking may show “label created” until the carrier assigns the order to a local terminal. If there is no update after 72 hours, contact Tyragap so the carrier can be checked. Accessory parcels typically update faster.
If something goes wrong
Inspect packages immediately at delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact Tyragap within 72 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos or a brief video showing the outer carton, inner protection, and affected areas. Note visible damage with the driver when possible and keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.
For minor cosmetic issues on furniture, Tyragap can often send a replacement component or a touch-up kit promptly.
If a parcel appears lost—no movement for more than 7 days or not delivered within 14 business days after shipping—reach out to Tyragap. Once the carrier confirms loss, Tyragap will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Refused deliveries or undeliverable consignments (for example, repeated missed appointments or incorrect addresses) may be returned by the carrier. Tyragap can re-ship after the address is confirmed and any return/storage/re-delivery fees are paid at cost.
Order changes & cancellations
An order that has not entered processing or has not shipped may be canceled—please notify Tyragap as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is unavailable. After delivery, consult Tyragap’s Return & Refund Policy.
For international orders to the UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, cancellation is not available once the shipment has cleared customs. Need to change the address? Contact Tyragap before shipping; after shipping, carriers may charge a re-route fee and delivery may be delayed.
