Materials & Responsibility
We start with kiln-dried hardwoods—oak, walnut, ash, and maple—selected for stability across seasons. Lumber is traceable and sourced through established U.S. suppliers such as Weyerhaeuser, Baillie Lumber, Rex Lumber, Baird Brothers, and Bell Forest. Each board is chosen for strength and look before it becomes a part. Surfaces receive low-odor, indoor-safe finishes—often plant-based oils or water-borne varnishes—so the wood keeps a natural hand and suits homes with kids and pets. Our view of sustainability is simple: build things that last. Offcuts become brackets, finish cards, or packing spacers; hardware is specified so parts can be replaced without discarding the whole.

Tyragap’s Build Method
Every bed and shelf starts at the rack. Boards are checked for moisture, grain flow, and strength. Faces are jointed and planed; parts are dimensioned with precision equipment; then the work returns to the bench—edge profiles, tight joints, and grain matching so wide fields read as one. Components are sanded through progressive grits, then finished in thin, patient coats. After curing, we assemble, fine-tune, and test so capacity guidance is measured, not guessed. Before any box is sealed, a checklist runs: surface pass, joint pass, hardware test-fit, and a clean wipe-down—so the first thing noticed is the wood, not a flaw.

Packing & Delivery
Packing is part of the build. Panels and corners get foam and edge guards. Hardware packs are sealed, labeled, and mapped to a simple step-by-step guide. Heavy-duty cartons are reinforced for distance; oversized frames can be crated or shipped on a pallet. Depending on destination, we book major carriers and share tracking from pickup to doorstep. A short receiving note is included: inspect the carton, photograph anything that seems off, and contact Tyragap so we can set it right. Care & Aftercare
Daily care is simple:

Dust with a dry or lightly damp cloth.
Keep clear of direct heat and long humidity swings.
Use floor pads for stability and to protect floors.
For wall units, anchor into studs when possible and follow the included guide; Tyragap can advise on anchors for specific wall types.
If a finish looks tired, a light touch-up oil restores the glow; we can supply a matching care kit.
