At Tyragap, paying on https://tyragap.com should be simple and secure for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. This page explains which payments are accepted, how they work, the currency used, what isn’t supported, and how every transaction is protected—written in plain language for a furniture-first store.
1) Accepted payment methods
Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Choose “Credit/Debit Card” at checkout and enter details on a secure payment page. Charges are processed immediately and an order confirmation email is sent. For safety, Tyragap never stores full card numbers or CVV. Payments run through PCI DSS–compliant gateways (for example, Stripe) over SSL/TLS. Your bank may request CVV, billing ZIP/Postcode, or 3-D Secure/SCA. A temporary authorization hold may appear; it will convert to a charge when the order is confirmed or disappear if the payment fails. Refunds return to the same card; the posting time depends on your bank.
PayPal.
Select “PayPal”, log in on PayPal, and complete payment; you’ll return to an on-site confirmation. If PayPal uses bank transfer/eCheck, processing begins once PayPal marks it cleared. Refunds go back to your PayPal account or the original funding source.
Large or high-value furniture orders.
To prevent fraud and protect shipments, Tyragap may verify billing/shipping details or request a quick confirmation if the order value is high, the address does not match, or multiple rapid purchases are flagged. Orders are held only as long as needed to complete verification.
2) Currency & pricing
All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal uses another currency (GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, etc.), your bank or PayPal converts the amount using their exchange rate. Some institutions add foreign transaction or conversion fees. These rates/fees are set by your bank or PayPal, not by **Tyragap.
Refunds are issued in USD; differences you see are caused by exchange rates and bank/PayPal fees at the time of refund.
3) Taxes, duties & price adjustments
Any sales tax/VAT collected appears at checkout before you pay. Where taxes or import duties are not collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may request them on delivery. Prices, promotions, and discount codes apply only at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively adjusted once the order is placed.
4) Unsupported payment methods
For reliable and fast processing, Tyragap does not accept: bank transfers, checks, Cash on Delivery (COD), or cryptocurrency. If new options are added later, this page will be updated.
5) Authorizations, charges, refunds & disputes
Authorizations. Card issuers may place a pending hold. Most holds clear in 3–7 business days (issuer-dependent).
Charges. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If items ship separately, a single charge usually covers the full order.
Refunds. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and PayPal control how quickly funds appear.
Declines & duplicate concerns. If a payment is declined or you see a duplicate pending line, try the steps in Section 7 or contact Tyragap—pending lines often drop off automatically when a transaction fails.
Chargebacks. If something looks wrong, contact Tyragap first so it can be fixed quickly. Filing a bank dispute immediately can slow resolution.
6) Security & compliance
Every checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption from your browser to the servers. Payments are processed only by trusted global gateways that comply with PCI DSS. Tyragap never stores full card numbers and limits access to payment information to trained staff for support and fraud prevention. For EU/UK cards, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA/3-D Secure) may be required by your bank. Always look for https:// and the lock icon before entering payment details.
7) Payment troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, try these quick fixes:
— Confirm CVV and billing ZIP/Postcode match your bank’s records.
— Complete any 3-D Secure/SCA prompt from your bank.
— Try another card or a different browser/device.
— Call your bank to approve an online/international transaction.
— Use PayPal if your card issuer continues to block the transaction.
Tyragap responds to payment support requests within 24 business hours for all supported countries.
8) Changes to this policy
If payment options or security practices change, this page—and the “Last updated” date—will be refreshed. Significant changes may also appear as a notice on the website.
