1) Overview

Welcome to Tyragap. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain—simply—how you may use https://tyragap.com (the “Website”), what to expect from Tyragap, and what Tyragap expects from you. The Website is operated by Tyragap.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Tyragap Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase products. Tyragap currently serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

2) Using the Website

Use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt services, reverse-engineer, scrape, upload malware, harvest data, or access accounts or systems without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and notify Tyragap promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account until Tyragap is informed.

Links to other sites may appear. Those sites have their own policies; Tyragap is not responsible for their content or actions. If you need accessibility assistance, contact Tyragap—help is available.

3) Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Furniture-Specific)

Tyragap sells furniture and home goods. Photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices are presented with care, yet small differences can occur:

  • Natural variation. Solid wood and veneers may show unique grain, knots, and color changes; handmade tolerances can vary slightly.

  • Display differences. Screen settings may alter how colors appear.

  • Room scenes. Photos may show full rooms; your order includes only what the product page lists.

  • Care matters. Follow assembly and care guides. Protect wood from direct sun, humidity swings, and standing water; respect weight limits; use pads and coasters.

Prices, stock, and features can change at any time. All prices and refunds are in USD. If an error is discovered (for example, price, availability, or description), Tyragap may correct it and cancel or refund any affected order. If Tyragap cancels, you receive a full refund.

4) Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Tyragap accepts your order when an order confirmation is sent and preparation or shipping begins. Tyragap may decline or cancel any order (for example, unavailable item, error, or suspected fraud/misuse) and may request verification (address checks, bank authorization).

Payment. Use the payment methods shown at checkout. Tyragap does not store full card numbers. You agree to pay all charges, taxes/duties/fees shown at checkout. International orders may incur import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or customs fees charged by your country—these are your responsibility unless the Shipping Policy states otherwise.

Currency. All transactions are in USD. Your bank or PayPal controls exchange rates and fees.

Title & risk. Title passes to you after full payment is received. Risk of loss passes upon delivery by the carrier to your address (or collection by you/your agent).

Cancellations. You may request cancellation before shipment or before production on made-to-order items. After shipment—or once a made-to-order piece enters production—cancellation may not be possible. For international shipments, cancellation is not possible after customs clearance. See the Return & Refund Policy for details and timelines.

5) Shipping & Delivery (Freight/LTL for Furniture)

Review the Shipping Policy for full terms. In short: larger furniture often ships Freight/LTL. The carrier may schedule an appointment and may require a signature. Standard delivery is to the first dry area (threshold/garage) unless room-of-choice or white-glove service is selected. Stairs, elevators, missed appointments, or address changes may lead to extra carrier fees.

On arrival, inspect packages before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the paperwork, take photos, and contact Tyragap within 48 hours so a claim and replacement/parts can be arranged. Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed; carriers often require it. If no one is available at the appointment time, a redelivery fee may apply.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and steps. Key points:

  • Made-to-order / customized items may be non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage.

  • Start a return by contacting Tyragap first. Items should be like-new and, when possible, in original packaging.

  • Photos may be requested to speed solutions (repair, parts, exchange, or refund).

  • Unless due to Tyragap error or a confirmed defect, shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for carrier/warehouse handling.

  • Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank controls posting time.

  • For international orders, duties/taxes charged by your country are not refundable by Tyragap (ask local authorities about possible refunds).

Where local law grants additional rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods), those rights apply as required.

7) Your Content & Intellectual Property

All Website content—text, images, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, and software—belongs to Tyragap or partners and is protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Tyragap a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt for clarity, and share that content on store pages, emails, ads, and social media (credit where practical). Do not post content you do not own or that is illegal, abusive, or reveals others’ private information. Tyragap may remove content that breaks these rules. For copyright concerns (e.g., DMCA), email Tyragap for a prompt review.

8) Warranties, Safety & Care

Many items include a limited residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (see the product page or paperwork). The warranty does not cover normal wear, expected wood movement, color change from light/age, improper assembly, misuse, commercial use, or damage from moisture, heat, pets, or harsh cleaners.

Safety first. Install anti-tip devices on dressers, bookcases, and tall cabinets. Do not allow children to climb or hang on drawers/doors. Use proper wall anchors and follow assembly guides. If unsure, hire a professional installer. Tyragap is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper assembly, misuse, or ignoring safety instructions.

Except for express warranties provided, and as allowed by law, Tyragap disclaims implied warranties (merchantability/fitness for a particular purpose). Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain in force.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Tyragap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use or profits) not caused by Tyragap. For any claim, Tyragap’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Force majeure. Tyragap is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (extreme weather, carrier delays, strikes, shortages, government actions, or similar). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed as follows, with non-exclusive venue in your country of residence where mandatory consumer laws require:

  • United States: laws of the State of GA.

  • United Kingdom & European Union (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal): your national laws and applicable EU/UK consumer protection rules.

  • Canada: federal and applicable provincial laws.

  • Australia: laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with the Tyragap Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement for Website use and purchases.

11) Changes to These Terms

Tyragap may update these Terms to reflect product, service, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
